DocuVault Delaware Valley, LLC ("DocuVault") is the sole New Jersey, Eastern PA and DE provider of comprehensive information management services. DocuVault has - and continues to grow at a healthy pace. From its initial 3,000 square feet when it was founded in 2003, DocuVault now occupies sixty thousand square feet and manages millions of records.

DocuVault's custom built media vault boasts a two hour fire rating with such security innovations as biometric (fingerprint) access readers, card key access and video survellance. DocuVault's Gemtrac high density tape shelving and Tape Track TM tape tracking software help customers organize and track their vital media.

DocuVault Secure Shredding became the third piece of the information management puzzle and started in March 2003 with the acquisition of a mobile shred truck. Providing the fastest, most secure method of document destruction, our custom-built trucks destroy corporate and medical records at a customer's site at more than 400 times the speed of a typical office shredder. DocuVault now operates many trucks and also has plant operations. DocuVault was the first company in Southern New Jersey to become NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) AAA certified.

DocuVault offers the most comprehensive information lifecycle solutions in the age of HIPAA, FACTA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulations for Philadelphia area companies and beyond.
